So, little background here is need.
Sometime ago, the FBI busted Lulzsec and Sabu.  My elves tell me that this was the 'official' story.  So, let's just go with this and have fun.  If it's wrong, I have no doubt that Anon will yell at me.

So, anyway, Lulzsec seemed to be finished.  But......(that's a lot of dots...) it appears that Lulzsec has risen from the ashes, and born anew!

This is all new and very exciting.  My elves tell me of several new Operations coming out, including OpSyria, where Anon will work closely with Wikileaks, and an operation to shut down the pedo's, aptly named OpPedoChat.   If you haven't already, to follow Anon on Twitter here:  @YourAnonNews




News has also come out about a new bill/treaty/act TPP.  This will no doubt have horrible consequences for the Internet Community.  Keep the vigil up people! We can't let Corporate thugs destroy our Internet Nation.

Generic Guy's Fireside Chat on the Occupy Movement

Hello, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls of all ages!  Welcome to another addition of Fireside Chat!
And today, I will be talking about the Occupy Movement in general.

Also, as a side note;  fear not my faithful readers I will do a companion piece talking about Police Brutality, sometime in the future, so keep an eye out for it.

The Occupy Movement, originally began as the Occupy Wall Street Movement but since has spread around the globe, where the people are rising up against oppression and tyranny.  The Police, however, have not reacted kindly to it.

You see, the Police have it in their heads that we, the common person, is supposed to respect/fear them.  This has been brainwashed into us, since we were children.  We were told that "Mr. Policeman is your friend.  You can trust Mr. Policeman.  Mr. Policeman protects us."  Then we wake from the dream to see that Mr. Policeman is corrupt as hell.  Power has corrupted them.  They walk around like they are king of the world, and "you are supposed to bow before me".

Which brings us to the Occupy Movement.  Large groups of people are standing up for what they believe in, and when told to disperse by the Police, and they do not, the Police get angry.  The Occupy Protesters are breaking down the facade of the common person bowing to the Police.

When the Occupy Movement first began, the photos saw the Police dressed in their traditional outfits, all outfits in that dark blue for the NYPD.  But as the protests continued, less and less of the Police dressed in their 'Sunday Best' and more in full riot armour and gear.  Before the Police would kindly ask the protesters to stand back, now they fire tear-gas grenades and flash-bang grenades into crowds of people.  Before there was little mention of violence, and now an Officer won't hesitate to pull someone to the ground and spray pepper spray in their faces.

The Police are  getting more and more violent with each protest.

So, follow me, my readers as we gaze into the future of the Occupy Movement.

One day, either a protester or an officer, will have a really bad day.  They will bring a gun with them to the protest.  If an officer feels he/she is being threatened, they will open fire on the protesters.  If a protester sees or experiences an extreme form of brutality, they will use their gun to stop the officers.  And then the once peaceful protest will turn into a bloodbath.  If a protester was killed, the Occupy Movement will make them a Martyr, increasing protests worldwide.  And if an officer is killed, the Police will do the same, cracking down harder on the Occupy Movement.  The Violent Extremists on both sides will use the confusion and  chaos to take control.  The Protesters will loot, turn over cars, set fires, make Molotov cocktails, and the Police will roam the streets, becoming Vigilantes, taking down anyone who threatened Order and Control.

The Movement would turn into a full scale riot.  And that would be bad for all sides around . . .

CISPA takes the House

Hello internet, Generic Guy here with some breaking news.  The Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act, otherwise known as CISPA, has passed through the United States House of Representatives with a vote of 248 to 168.  So, roughly two-thirds of the House has voted in favour of CISPA.  Now the vote will go before the Senate.

Hello People of the Internet, Generic Guy here.
This is a new section I'm trying to start, where I will talk about something, and probably it will be controversial.
I know for a fact, that I will get tons of hate for this, but I rightly don't care.

So, lets start off with Israel and Iran.

There is this ongoing feud between, Iran and Israel, which is part of the larger Middle Eastern Conflict.  But the feud between Israel and Iran is over atomic power.Israel is the only Middle Eastern country that has nuclear weapons.  Iran is trying gain atomic power also, whether that is for power or weapons, that is debatable.

Israel has stated that if Iran develops atomic power, Israel will invade and destroy the labs.  This will lead to Iran invading Israel, naturally.  Then Israel will go to the world and say that "Oh, Iran attacked us! We're the victims here!"  And if that doesn't work, then they lay down that old guilt trip.

Look at how badly Israel has handled Palestine.  Palestinians have  been kicked out of their homes, to make way for Israeli settlers.  Palestinians are treated like second-class-citizens, you know, when they are not getting thrown in jail.  And when a few Palestinians stand up for themselves, it is brutally put down by the police in the streets.

And Israel is able to get away with this persecution because The West allows them to, partly because they need a base in the Middle East and partly because of the guilt trip.  What is the guilt trip?  you might be asking. After 1945, the newly founded state of Israel had a slogan, "Never Forget." They will never forget that 6 million Jews died in the War.  6 million Jews.  Now, keep in mind, 60 Million died, but Israel is only concerned with that 6 million Jews.  Why does Russia not have such a slogan?  25 Million Russian citizens died, that is 4 times the amount of Jews.  Now, granted, Stalin was not all that better, but it's the principle of the matter.

Israel holds that "Never Forget" mentality over the heads of people in the West.  "Europe, you are indebted to us, because 6 million Jews died."  But when someone brings up the argument of "Well, Israel, you're doing the  same thing to the Palestinians, that the Europeans did to the Jews in the Middle Ages."  Israel throws a Hissy Fit, and threatens to go to war, dragging the Europeans into conflict unless the Europeans retract what they have said.And Europe cannot just deny Israel, for Israel will be forced to use their Nuclear Weapons when they get backed into a corner.  And no one wants a Nuclear War.  So, Israel gets away with everything.  "Either let me do what I want, or I'll start Nuclear War."

So, Israel has gone around the Middle East, with a stick, poking at the Arab nations.  Imagine that, Israel is that little annoying kid, we've all had, but we can't do anything against them, because they live in their fathers wallet. And Iran is a sleeping bear, not interfering with anyone, just minding their own bear business.  So, Israel goes over to Iran and starts poking it with a stick. It pokes, and pokes, and pokes, and pokes.  The bear, wakes up to find this little brat poking him, and not stopping.  So the bear wakes up and rips the kid's arm clean off.  And then the kid wonders why the arm is missing.  The bear was just reacting to the kid, so the bear is not at fault.  The brat kid brought it on himself.

If Israel attacks Iran and Iran reacts, hitting back, then Israel does not get to play the victim card, when they antagonized Iran in the first place.

Big Brother Bill

Ello, people of the internet, Generic Guy here.  Breaking news update in the UK.

The UK Home Office has been taken down by Anon.  My little elves have also told me that the web site is back up, as of Midnight GMT.

There are also reports of the website of British Prime Minister and the website of the Ministry of Justice ( Wonder what that would be in Newspeak...?) were also taken down, but my elves have told me that they are up and running at the moment.

The attacks started after the order had been given to extract TVShack creator Richard O'Dwyer and Pentagon hacker Gary McKinnon from the UK to the US.

And because of this attack, the world has learned of a bill, being pushed by security agencies, that will 'protect' the people of Britain by watching everything the they do.  In honor of Orwell, I am calling it the Big Brother Bill.  The bill would have British security watching everything everyone does, while the British taxpayers pay for it.

This bill sounds a lot like CISPA, which is currently being pushed by the MPAA.  All I'm wondering is, where is the backlash over CISPA Anon? Or are you just planning something special for our favorite asshole, Chris 'Jack-off' Dodd?

80s News Montage

Oh Hai there.  It's me, The Generic Guy.  I know it's been awhile and all of you have missed me.  Don't worry, I'm back now and there is so much news to cover.  Let's Get it started.

Well, it looks like Mormon Mitt will be the GOP nominee (Hehe, that rhymed xD).  Newt will dropout and support Mitt, Rick will keep fighting Mitt, and Paul will keep doing what he's been doing...

MPAA Chief Chris 'Dicktator' Dodd has hinted at the revival of the controversial Anti-Piracy bill, SOPA-- and incase you've forgotten, SOPA is the Stop Online Piracy Act, which was being sneaked through Congress, until the Internet raised a big middle finger of F**K YOU!.  Dodd looks like he will bring back SOPA after the election, so we must keep an eye on that.  http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/mpaa-christopher-dodd-sopa-bully-harvey-weinstein-ratings-308359

Basically, CISPA wants to destroy the internet, in the name of stopping Cyber criminals and terrorists.  And to stop the terrorists, the Government wants to watch....everyone.  The Bill, if passed, will give the Government or private organizations *Cough* MPAA *Cough* the power to go to your Internet Service Provider, and demand information on someone, because they suspect that someone might be a cyber terrorist.  So, your ISP will collect information on you, on everyone.

Now you might be asking, "But, Generic Guy, aren't there laws currently in place to protect the privacy rights of the people on the internet, making this bill stupid and redundant because my ISP cannot collect information on me, let alone give this information away to a third party, whether or not this third party is the Government or a private organization such as the MPAA or the RIAA?"

Now, little voice in my head, you would be correct on that, however CISPA will allow your ISP to circumnavigate those privacy laws, making them free from any and all legal action.  CISPA will not only allow your ISP to collect and give away information on you, but you cannot even sue your ISP, because they are given diplomatic immunity.

First there was SOPA and PIPA, then ACTA, and now CISPA.  Looks like more fighting for Net Neutrality.

Now on to the good news--not really, it's just more bad news...

So, in Florida, an African American kid, named Trevon Martin was gunned down by a white Hispanic named Zimmerman.  Now, the whole case has been muddled with opinions and some people want it to be labeled as a hate/race crime.

The Evil Masterminds of RIAA and MPAA are trying again, but on a Global scale this time.

Today, the Internet learned of ACTA, the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement.  Like SOPA and PIPA, it does not define what is legal and/or illegal.  ACTA, if passed, will destroy Net Neutrality and turn the Internet into George Orwell's book, 1984.

Hello World. Generic Guy here with amazing news!

The entire world is leaping with joy today, as the SOPA and PIPA talks have halted indefinitely.  We did it! The Internet has showed that we shall not bend to freedom restricting bills.

To sweeten this pie, Mr. Dodd, The Emperor  CEO of MPAA, has been restricted from lobbying in Congress until 2013.  You can read the full article here.

Despite all the joy around the world, we did lose Megaupload.  I'm not sure if Anon is fighting to get it back, or what, but We have to seek the alternatives:

The Empire Strikes Back

Hello web, Tis the Generic Guy here, bringing you the news!

The 13th most popular website on the Internet, Megaupload, has been shut down by The Empire  The Federal Government, due to piracy.  Yep, you read that right folks, The Government is shutting down websites, due to piracy.

Funny, a day after the largest protest in the Internet's history, one of the most popular file sharing websites is shut down due to "piracy".

Looks like the Government is enacting SOPA and PIPA, even without the bill passing. I though that this was the United States, not North Korea.

In completely unrelated news, RIAA.com, RIAA.org and MPAA.org have seem to suddenly and mysteriously go down, only a few hours after Megaupload's closing.  Fear not internet, my crack team of Elves are working tirelessly on bringing in the news.

The Internet Blackout of 2012

Hello, Hello, People of the Internet. It is I, the Generic Guy!

I, like so many of you, participated in The Internet Blackout of 2012.  This truly was a historic event; this was the day that we showed Congress, that we showed the Big Media supporting the bill, Hell, we showed the World that we will not roll over and submit to SOPA and PIPA, simply because Congress and the Senate demand it.

But this fight is not over. PIPA goes before a vote on January 24th. We cannot let it pass.  If PIPA passes, then all this work--all this amazing work--that we have done, would have been for naught.  If PIPA passes, it would give the Government the momentum to pass SOPA, and if that happens, we can kiss the internet goodbye.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Internet, Lovers of Freedom, Liberty and Knowledge; we are fighting a war. A war for the Freedom of the Internet, a war for the very survival of the Internet, a War that if not won, it would destroy EVERYTHING we know and love. This is a war I plan on winning.

We must keep the pressure on. Continue to Tweet, Facebook, Reddit; keep talking about this. Talk to your friends and family, keep calling your Congressmen/women.  Do everything you possibly can to continue to show your support for a Free Internet.

We hit SOPA and PIPA hard during the Blackout, but they are not down.  They are hiding in the closet, like boogeymen, waiting for us to relax our position and fall asleep.  We must not rest, not until SOPA and PIPA are buried 6 feet below!

Hello, People of the Internet, It is I, The Generic Guy (Heh, that rhymed xP)

As all of you know, SOPA and PIPA are two Bills, that if passed will destroy all "rouge" sites and turn the Internet into a Corporate Bitch.  Naturally, People are upset about it.

Wikipedia, the largest and most popular free encyclopedia on the internet, will protest by blacking out "the English-language Wikipedia for 24 hours, worldwide, beginning at 05:00 UTC on Wednesday, January 18." You can find more about that here
